Four ways to stay. One quiet stretch of Scenic A1A.

A quieter stretch of Scenic A1A

One foot beneath the live oaks.
One foot by the Atlantic.

Palm Coast Villas is an independent Old Florida stay in The Hammock—positioned for garden walks at Washington Oaks, mornings along the coquina shoreline and easy drives north or south on A1A. The property is not oceanfront — the beach is less than a mile away, and we provide bicycles for the ride over.

The property

Coquina walls.
Oak-canopy calm.

The central stone pavilion opens onto a shaded motor court, low guest-room wings and palm-filled grounds. This is not a standardized resort experience—it is an informal, independent stay with a sense of place.

Begin with coffee, ask the front desk where the coquina shoreline is showing, then follow A1A north or south until something catches your eye.

A1A is the itinerary.

Palm Coast Villas sits in The Hammock, a live-oak coastal community along the Scenic & Historic A1A corridor. Three local favorites are only a short drive away.

Plan your days
5 minutes north

Washington Oaks

Formal gardens beneath an ancient live oak, walking and biking trails, and the Atlantic’s distinctive coquina-rock shoreline.

8 minutes north

Marineland

A historic oceanfront destination for dolphin encounters, marine education and a classic drive along north A1A.

Our history

The Rocks Motor Court lives on.

Built as The Rocks Motor Court, the original coquina villas welcomed motorists traveling Florida’s Atlantic coast. The stone construction and shaded courtyard still carry the spirit of early A1A travel.
